Jesus Youth USA Joins Historic Consecration of the United States to the Sacred Heart of Jesus

As the United States marked the 250th Anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, a historic spiritual milestone was celebrated with the consecration of the nation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus by the U.S. Catholic bishops.

In preparation for this significant event, Jesus Youth USA united members across the country in a daily Novena to the Sacred Heart, culminating on the final day with participation in the national consecration. The solemn occasion took place during a special Holy Mass followed by the Act of Consecration, which was broadcast live through the USCCB, Shalom TV, and EWTN.

Jesus Youth USA also hosted a nationwide watch party, bringing together members of the community to prayerfully witness and celebrate this moment of grace and renewal for the nation.

The consecration came on the eve of the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, highlighting the Church’s call to entrust the country to the love, mercy, and kingship of Christ.
