Jesus Youth US Invites Community to Join World Cup Fever and Pray for the Value of Sports

As part of the ongoing Jesus Youth US Jubilee Year journey and preparations to move UpStream, Jesus Youth US is inviting members and friends to celebrate the spirit of sports through its World Cup Fever initiative this June.

In his prayer intention for June, Pope Leo XIV calls on the faithful to pray for the value of sports, asking that athletic events become instruments of peace, fraternity, and dialogue among cultures. The intention highlights the unique ability of sports to bring people together across nations and backgrounds.
