Sojin Sebastian & Priya Sojin: An Inspiring Journey of Faith, Family, and Youth Leadership
In a heartwarming feature aired on Shalom TV’s Joyfully Big, Sojin Sebastian and Priya Sojin were joyfully highlighted among inspiring families making a meaningful impact in the community.
Sojin Sebastian currently serves as the Director of the Youth Apostolate for the Syro-Malabar Eparchy of St. Thomas the Apostle, Melbourne, leading the Syro-Malabar Youth Movement (SMYM) across Australia, including Brisbane. Notably, he is the only lay Youth Director serving in this role within the Syro-Malabar Church, a position traditionally held by priests.
His inspiring journey in youth ministry began much earlier. Sojin served as the JY Coordinator of Kottayam Zone from 2001 to 2003 and remained actively involved in youth activities during his time in Kottayam before later moving to Australia.
Further reflecting his commitment and influence among young people, Sojin was also invited as a speaker at the previous World Youth Day, sharing his experiences and faith journey with a global audience.
Together, Sojin Sebastian and Priya Sojin represent a story of faith, service, family values, and dedication. Their feature on Joyfully Big celebrates not only personal achievements but also the impact they continue to make in inspiring young people and families across communities worldwide.
