Jesus Youth Thrissur Marks Pentecost with Inspiring Marian Artwork

In connection with Pentecost and Jesus Youth Recommitment Day, the Thrissur Zone Jesus Youth Talent Ministry in Kerala created a remarkable visual tribute by forming a portrait of the Blessed Virgin Mary using nearly 10,000 disposable paper cups filled with colored water. Despite challenges including unexpected rain, participants remained united in prayer and completed the project with enthusiasm and joy. The initiative highlighted the significance of Pentecost — commemorating the descent of the Holy Spirit and the birth of the Church — while reflecting the joyful spirituality and renewed commitment of young Jesus Youth members. Organizers described the effort as an inspiring example of faith, creativity, and youth participation.
