ACTS 2:42 Family Summit Sets Benchmark for Financial Stewardship in Ministry Events

Kizhakkambalam — In an era of escalating event costs, the recently concluded Jesus Youth ACTS 2:42 Family Summit has emerged as a standout model of financial discipline and effective resource coordination.

The event’s financial operations were spearheaded by Denson (Thrissur), who served as the finance coordinator.

Under his efficient management, the three-day gathering successfully hosted over 500 participants while keeping total expenditures to approximately ₹4.5 lakhs. The comprehensive budget covered all essential operational and logistical needs, including food and catering, sound systems, generator backup, lighting, program materials, media coverage, arts and theatre, local arrangements, and registration tags.
