Eight Daughters, Eight Caesareans: A Family’s Journey of Faith and Providence

A Catholic family’s inspiring journey of faith, blessed with eight daughters delivered through eight Caesarean sections, has been featured by Shalom News Malayalam. The family, deeply involved in the Jesus Youth movement, shared their story of trust in God, family love and divine providence.

The father has been part of Jesus Youth since 1992, while the mother joined the movement in 2002. Married in 2008, the couple now joyfully raise their eight daughters. The mother recalls how she initially feared Caesarean deliveries, but with God’s grace, prayer and the constant support of her family, she went through all eight pregnancies safely.

Despite the challenges of raising a large family on a modest income, the couple see their children as a special blessing and calling from God. The father, who is engaged in church ministry, testified to how God has continually provided for the family through the generosity and support of others.

The daughters too spoke warmly about their family life, describing the joy of growing up together and the inspiration they draw from their parents and siblings. Their story highlights the strength of family unity, faith and mutual support.
