Jubilee Cross Continues Its Pilgrimage, Arrives in Dallas for Special Shrine Visit

Friends across the nation are being encouraged to embrace the spiritual graces of the Jubilee Year as the Jubilee Cross continues its journey across the United States.

Having already traveled through South Florida, Tampa, Orlando, and Chicago, the Jubilee Cross has now arrived in Dallas, inspiring faithful communities along the way.

This Sunday, a group of Dallas Jesus Youth members will undertake a pilgrimage to the shrine of Blessed Stanley Rother, the Jubilee patron, carrying the Jubilee Cross with them. The pilgrimage is expected to be a profound moment of prayer, reflection, and spiritual renewal for all participants.

Organizers are encouraging members of the community to make the most of this Jubilee opportunity by following the pilgrimage schedule and praying the Jubilee Prayer daily.

Reflecting on the significance of pilgrimages, Pope Leo XIV said:

“A pilgrimage has a vital part to play in our life of faith — it removes us from our homes and our daily routines and gives us time and space to encounter God more deeply.”

The ongoing journey of the Jubilee Cross serves as a visible reminder of faith, unity, and the call to deeper encounter with God during this special Jubilee Year.
