New Jesus Youth Kothamangalam Zonal Council Announced for 2025–2027

Kothamangalam | April , 2025 : The Jesus Youth movement has officially announced the new Zonal Council for Kothamangalam for the term 2025–2027. The announcement was made by Godwin Ignatious, the state coordinator of Jesus Youth Kerala.

The newly appointed Council is as follows:
Joffin Joseph – Coordinator
Shefy Augustine – Assistant Coordinator

Ajo Pious
Giyona Johny
Aloshy P Sojan
Anagha John
Joby James
Joseph Mathew
Dayas Mathew

In addition to the core council members, the following have been entrusted with supporting roles:
Jerins K Joy – Lay Animator
Xaviour P S – Lay Animator
Sr. Jismitha SD – Animator
Bijo and Tessin – Coordinating Family
Manu Jose – Permanent Invitee

Expressing gratitude to the outgoing team, Ignatious thanked Manu Jose and his fellow members for their dedicated service over the past two years. “My best wishes and prayers go out to the newly anointed Kothamangalam Council. Let us keep this team in our prayers as they begin their new mission,” he added.

The announcement was made alongside the Scripture passage from 2 Corinthians 1:21-22: “It is God who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us, and who has also put his seal on us and given us His Spirit in our hearts as a first installment.”

The new Council is expected to continue the mission of Jesus Youth in evangelization, formation, and community outreach in the Kothamangalam zone.
