The Jesus Youth Family Stream Kerala organized a powerful and grace-filled Lifestyle Orientation Program titled Choice , aimed at preparing young people for the Sacrament of Matrimony and forming future witnessing families for the Church and the world.

The program was enriched through panel sharing, testimonies, personal interactions, one-on-one counselling, and open forums for clearing doubts. Each session was prayerfully designed to address the emotional, spiritual, psychological, and practical dimensions of married life.

> “The sessions were very insightful and healing for me, especially in the area of my relationship with my parents. As a beginner, I found everything very relevant. My major takeaway was the shift from a ‘want’ mindset to a ‘giving’ mindset.
>I used to overthink a lot about choosing my life partner, but during these three days I found a one-stop solution: to seek the will of God and mold myself according to it. The personal one-on-one counselling gave me great clarity. Thank God!

>This program once again revealed how beautifully Jesus Youth discovers creative and effective ways of accompanying young people in their life decisions. Through constant prayer, discernment, and courageous experimentation with such quiet yet powerful initiatives, the movement continues to form mature, faith-filled, and mission-oriented families.
>Though not always publicly visible, these efforts are shaping the future of the Church by preparing couples who will live their vocation as a true covenant, radiating Christ’s love in their homes and in society. Truly, the Lord is raising up witnessing families through the humble and faith-filled ministry of Jesus Youth.
>For me, this program was truly a heart-touching experience. Although I have been part of the Jesus Youth movement for a long time, the insights and sessions in this program felt completely fresh and new. Many of them transformed my perspective in a profound way.
On a personal level, it was a real “retreat” experience. I realized that when I love Jesus more and place my complete trust in Him, He guides and supports me in every circumstance of life. I also understood that marriage is a beautiful opportunity to grow more like Him.
I am deeply grateful to all the coordinators and volunteers for their sincere prayers and dedicated efforts behind this program. It was especially meaningful to be with such unique participants and to share both joys and struggles during these three days. It was truly a time filled with prayer, love, and grace.
