Inspiring Future Saints: Kairos Buds Launches Annual ‘Holy Habits’ Initiative for Kids

DUBLIN / GLOBAL — Faith, imagination, and celebration come together once again as Jesus Youth Kairos Media rolls out the highly anticipated 2026 edition of its flagship children’s initiative, Holy Habits.

Designed to inspire the next generation to encounter the beauty of holiness, Holy Habits invites children aged 14 and under to bring their faith to life by stepping into the sandals, cloaks, and stories of their favorite saints.

The initiative aims to make the communion of saints accessible, relatable, and joyful for young hearts through dynamic creative expression.

Bringing Holiness to Life
Families are encouraged to help their young ones participate in three simple steps:

• Dress Up : Choose and dress up as a beloved saint.
• Capture the Moment : Snap a creative photo or record a short video reel showcasing the costume and character.
• Submit Online : Upload the final photo or video through the official submission link: https://tinyurl.com/Holy-habits.
  The entry window runs from October 30 through November 3.

A Community Celebration on Social Media

All approved submissions will be shared with the broader community on the official Kairos Buds Instagram page (@kairosbuds). Family, friends, and parish communities are invited to follow along, watch, and support these young disciples as their stories are showcased online.

To celebrate the participants’ creativity, the five entries that receive the most likes on their photo or reel will win exclusive Kairos gift hampers and earn a special feature in Kairos Buds publications.
