Mission Nurse Project

In every generation, God still looks for willing hearts ready to say, “Here am I. Send me”-Isaiah 6:8.

The Mission Nurse Project is a response to that call — a beautiful invitation for nurses to serve not only with skilled hands, but with surrendered hearts.

The Mission Nurse Project is a one-year commitment designed for both working nurses and newly graduated medical professionals who desire to blend their calling with a deeper sense of mission. More than just a program, it is a journey of surrender, service, and spiritual formation — a space to grow in the intimate walk of “me and Jesus” while serving wholeheartedly in the nursing profession.

The journey begins with a 15-day residential training conducted by the National Nurses team under the guidance and support of Jesus Youth India from 2nd March to 14th March 2026 at Atmadarshan, Aluva. These days are intentionally crafted to include a spiritual retreat, worship, reflection, and practical skill development sessions that equip participants both professionally and ministerially. Following the training, participants are placed in hospitals across India. Alongside their nursing responsibilities, they engage in ministerial activities such as organizing prayer gatherings, building fellowship among colleagues and students, and being a quiet yet powerful witness in their workplaces. Now in its 15th batch, the Mission Nurse Project continues to raise compassionate professionals who serve not only with skilled hands but with surrendered hearts. As this new batch prepares to begin, we incite you to uphold the participants and the mission in your prayers, that they may truly be sent in every place they serve.
