Brother Kishore Joseph to Make Perpetual Profession on Feast of St. Anthony

Bangalore, June 13: Brother Kishore Joseph will make his Perpetual Profession, one of the most significant milestones in his religious life, on June 13, the Feast of St. Anthony. The solemn ceremony will take place at the chapel of the Franciscan community dedicated to St. Anthony in Bangalore.

Through this sacred commitment, Brother Kishore will dedicate his life permanently to God by professing the evangelical counsels of poverty, chastity, and obedience. Following the example of St. Francis of Assisi, he will publicly promise to live in accordance with God’s will and the Franciscan way of life.

Approaching this important moment with humility and trust in God, Brother Kishore acknowledges his own limitations while placing his confidence in the Almighty who called him to this vocation. He requests the prayers and support of all faithful so that he may remain faithful to these vows throughout his life.
