Interns Reflect on Their 15-Day Journey

Fifteen days. One hundred and twenty hours. That’s all it took for a group of interns to walk away with experiences they say will stay with them for life.

When asked what they gained from the internship, the answers came quickly—and with a smile.

“I really improved my communication skills by interacting with different people,” one intern shared. Another added, “Calling strangers was tough at first, but it taught me how to communicate clearly and confidently.”

Meetings, coordination activities, and project discussions became more than routine tasks—they turned into lessons in teamwork. “We learned how to collaborate effectively during events and projects. It wasn’t just about finishing the work, but about learning how to work together,” said a participant.

The professional environment itself was a classroom. Interns spoke about understanding workplace culture, responsibility, and the subtle art of balancing multiple tasks. “Time management was a big one,” one intern admitted. “Handling different events taught me how to prioritize and stay organized.”

Event management, feedback collection, and project coordination were part of the daily grind. Programs like Craft City and volunteering sessions gave them practical exposure. “Working alongside experienced professionals really enhanced my ability to collaborate,” said another.

At the heart of it all was communication. Whether through meetings, teamwork, or even cold calls, interns agreed that their ability to express themselves had grown stronger.

In just two weeks, these young professionals didn’t just complete an internship—they discovered the rhythm of the workplace, sharpened their skills, and built confidence for the road ahead.

✨ From strangers on the phone to teammates in meetings, from managing events to managing time—their 120 hours were more than an internship. They were a launchpad.
