DTP’25 Concludes: 37 Young Leaders Equipped for Mission

Angamaly, Kerala – May , 2025 The Discipleship Training Program 2025 (DTP’25), organized for higher secondary graduates by Jesus Youth Kerala Campus Ministry, concluded successfully on May 18 at DiST, Angamaly. The ten-day residential program, held from May 8–18, brought together 37 young leaders representing 23 zones from across Kerala.
The training included formation sessions, community living, and a powerful mission exposure at St. Peter’s Church, Jellipara, Attapadi, providing participants with firsthand experience of grassroots missionary life.
Organizers expressed heartfelt gratitude for the Lord’s guidance throughout the program. Special thanks were extended to the Kerala Jesus Youth Council, Kerala Formation Team, National Campus Team, Kerala Teens Ministry, as well as the Angamaly and Palakkad Zonal Councils, and various zonal and campus teams for their prayerful support and contributions.
The ministry also acknowledged the generosity of numerous benefactors who shared their resources and time, and extended appreciation to the parishioners of St. Peter’s Church, Jellipara and the DiST authorities for their hospitality and support.
“May these young hearts rise to walk in the good works they were created for in Christ,” said Don Benny, Coordinator of Jesus Youth Kerala Campus Ministry, in his concluding message.
The program continues to be a stepping stone for young people to deepen their faith and actively respond to God’s call in their lives.
